Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver across India to all serviceable pincodes. During checkout, your pincode will be validated to confirm serviceability.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment. The final payable amount shown at checkout is inclusive of all charges.

3. Delivery Timelines

Business days exclude Sundays and national holidays. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather, logistics disruptions, etc.).

4. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are typically processed the same day
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
• UPI orders are processed after payment confirmation
• COD orders are processed immediately after order placement

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.

6. Pincode Serviceability

We validate your delivery pincode at checkout. If your pincode is not serviceable, you will be notified before payment. The system also validates that your pincode matches the selected state to ensure accurate delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery fails after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. In such cases:

• For UPI orders: A refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
• For COD orders: No charges apply as payment was not collected

8. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders. The specific courier partner assigned may vary based on your delivery location.
